Phelan Spicy Food Ingredients

Maintain a Quality Policy for the establishment documenting the quality management systems for Products and services provided.

Assure that the material provided by Phelan's conforms to mutually agreed specifications and is suitable for intended use as food ingredients.

Maintain facilities in a manner to prevent cross-contamination. Include in this program segregation of facilities which receive, store, or process in any manner, Highly Potent Compounds, or known allergenic materials.

Maintain a documented pest control program for the warehousing facility.

Where containers are opened by Supplier for the purposes of sampling and testing, such sampling shall be performed in a controlled area which shall assure protection from environmental contamination. Such area shall have documented cleaning procedures. Containers from which samples have been taken shall be marked appropriately.

Maintain procedures and a quality unit that inspects and documents such inspection, all receipts of material to assure integrity of packaging and seals and that the appropriate material quality/grade is received from the original approved manufacturing source(s).

Store Product(s) in such a manner to protect the Product quality as well as packaging and labelling integrity.

Product should be stored in a manner to facilitate location of the correct Products for dispatch.

Product shall be transported in such a manner as to protect the integrity of the Product.

Provide a complete Certificate of Analysis for the Product, from Manufacturer, including manufacturer name and location, ,specification and release date.
